Gadget Central HK ships worldwide using Hongkong Post's SpeedPost service.
Once your order is shipped, a SpeedPost tracking number will be emailed to the
customer.
Gadget Central HK is not responsible for any import duties, fees, fines or other charges that you may incur upon receipt of the product.
We ship orders to almost all countries. If a shipping option to your location is not available at checkout, please contact us at: info@gadgetcentralhk.com to request special shipping services. We will do our best to help you out!
Shipping rates for products of heavy weight or large orders may be higher than indicated at checkout. If additional payment is required to ship your order, our customer support team will email you with further instructions
Returns
We want every Gadget Central HK customer to experience world class service and support.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email info@gadgetcentralhk.com to request a return.
You may return unopened items or items without damaged packaging within 14 days of your order date.
The customer must send the product(s) back to us and is responsible the shipping cost of doing so. When we receive your product for return, either a full refund or store credit will be issued depending on the customers choice.
Warranty
All products purchased from Gadget Central HK are covered with a one year warranty.
Our one year warranty policy covers the product from manufactung and workmanship defects only.
If the warranty of your product extends beyond our one year coverage period, warranty service and support will be handled by the original manufacturer of the product.

In any dispute, Gadget Central HK reserves full rights to make the final decision.
